We’re delighted to share that the May/June 2014 Mountain Living issue arrived at our front door today with a sweet six-page article about the 550-square-foot timber frame retreat we designed for a pair of empty nesters in Lake Pend Oreille, Idaho.
The article includes photos of the home’s interior alongside quotes from FabCab principal architect, Emory Baldwin, and provides insight into the team’s approach for integrating the modern timber frame structure into the surrounding natural beauty and optimizing the lake views.
Incorporating the owners’ own Herman Miller pieces into the home completes the modern aesthetic and the final result is a dwelling which seems much larger than its small footprint suggests.
