FabCab’s principal architect and owner, Emory Baldwin, was recently interviewed by John Gendall with AIArchitect. Emory recalled the impetus for his work and for launching FabCab, as well as the rapidly growing necessity for building homes “right the first time.” Baldwin also spoke about research and the senior care industry. “Institutional senior living facilities often accelerate the end,” says Baldwin.
